Since 1985, emerging and established artists have lived and worked at 35 Claver Place in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. This open studio event offers a unique opportunity to discover new work as well as experience what has become a rare environment in modern Gotham: an all-artist residence comprised of legal live-work lofts. Despite the changing landscape of New York’s arts community, the enclave, housed in the old Inverso Warehouse Building, continues to provide a setting where professional artistic endeavors can realistically thrive.  Please read our press release for details on participating artists.
